Reiki is much more than learning how to give Reiki treatments. It is a comprehensive spiritual practice that has the potential to lead the practitioner towards a spiritual awakening, enlightenment and the discovery of their true self.
The form of Reiki I practice and teach is “Usui Reiki Ryoho.” It is a traditional Japanese method of Reiki that focuses on practicing Reiki as it was originally taught by the founder of Reiki, Usui Mikao, during the 1st quart of the 20th century.
