Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes schedules change. Therefore, please give at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the full price of the service amount.

Also, if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled as there will not be enough time to complete your reiki session. If there is no notice from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged accordingly.
