Reiki is a Japanese word. One of its meanings is spiritual energy. Reiki is the underlying spiritual energy in all things - you, me, plants, animals, the WHOLE universe! Everything is composed of Reiki.

Elizabeth is available for sessions at her residential studio in North Upland, CA. The address will be included in your appointment confirmation email. Payment is made at time of service.

What To Expect During Your Reiki Session
A treatment begins with the client being fully dressed and lying on a therapy table. Depending on the client's preference, the reiki practitioner begins the treatment by placing their hands either on or slightly above various parts of the client's body. Throughout the treatment the client rests quietly, while the reiki practitioner gently moves around the therapy table to different areas of the client's body. A session usually lasts 60-90 minutes.
How to Best Prepare for Your Reiki Treatment
Wear comfortable non-binding clothing.
Avoid eating a heavy meal right before your treatment. If you need to eat - a lite snack is best.
Refrain from drinking a lot of fluids the hour before your session.
If possible, avoid coffee, tea and caffeinated energy drinks a couple of hours before your treatment. If you can’t no worries.
The day of your treatment - Avoid alcohol and mind-altering drugs or substances till after your session.
Cancellation Policy:
Sometimes schedules change. Therefore, please give at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the full price of the service amount.
Also, if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled as there will not be enough time to complete your reiki session. If there is no notice from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show”, and you will be charged accordingly.
